If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website is not affiliated with:

• • The Omani government
  • Royal Oman Police (ROP)
  • Any transport authority
  • Any official exam body

We are an independent educational platform.

2. 1-Day Free Trial Terms

• • Users may activate a 1-Day Free Trial with full access to all practice tests.
  • Activation requires adding billing details through باي بال.
  • If not canceled before 24 hours, the chosen plan will be automatically charged via PayPal.
  • Users may cancel anytime from their PayPal Subscription Settings.

3. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal

Plans may include:

• • Quick Plan – 30 Days
  • Smart Plan – 90 Days
  • Pro Plan – 180 Days

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

All payments are processed securely via باي بال.
We do not store or control your payment details.

4. Subscription Management, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions and recurring payments are managed exclusively through PayPal.

Users must manage and cancel their subscriptions by logging into their PayPal account and stopping the active subscription under
PayPal Account → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments.

Once a subscription is canceled in PayPal, no future charges will be made.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

• • Duplicate charges
  • Erroneous or incorrect billing caused by a system error

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• • Failure to cancel before the end of a free trial period
  • Partial or full use of a subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel an active subscription
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing digital content
  • Renewals after prior successful billing cycles

Website Subscriptions (PayPal)

• • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the user’s PayPal account
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Access remains available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period
  • Deleting a website account does not automatically cancel an active PayPal subscription

6. No Government Affiliation

OmanDrivingTheoryTest.com does not represent or act on behalf of:

• • ROP
  • Ministry of Transport
  • Any driving institute
  • Any official exam authority

Our content is for practice and training purposes only.

7. License of Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the materials.
